I'm almost 19 and am planning to apply to my local provider store...I dont have work experience but I have a lot of volunteer experience, sales included.

So I was going to ask, what should I know and how can I prepare? I'm really interested in this phone stuff and want to at least walk into an interview with at least some knowledge.
