Dash Drivers?

I do not have a smartphone so I don't know how they connect normally. This is my friends phone so excuse the noobness. When I plug in this Dash, it asks for drivers for a "Generic RNDIS". Problem is, I can't seem to find drivers from HTC's site or t-mobile. How do i get the dash to connect so I can put some pictures or take them out?

well you would need active sync and if your on vista you would need windows mobile device center
