Does anyone know how to unlock Application Access on the T-Mobile Nokia 6030.

I would suggest reading the 5300 unbranding forum and try some of those methods around page 18-21. If you are familiar with changing product codes try this method -> http://www.howardforums.com/showpos...6&postcount=310 but don't change it to the number said there, change it to one above your current product code.

Now I don't verify this to work with your phone, as I don't have it, however following those instructions was how I got access on my 5300.

It's unlikely to work as 6030 is not a BB5 phone and can't be flashed via USB.

Is there another way to unlock the application access without USB flashing.

If you use the instructions that I told you, there is no flashing involved. For some reason it just works. My phone has no newer firmware, but just by changing the product code and doing a factory reset within pheonix it changed everything up.
