I've haven't been able to access the on demand service on my 8400. I was wondering if anyone else has that problem? I was on with Sprint with 3 different reps and none of them were able to help me at all and the last one had me reset the phone and hung up. Yeah last night got on my nerves and I didn't feel like waiting aother hour to speak to someone again.

I have been with spint at least 6 years and when i discoverd on d it was great until I needed it. I work outside on rooftoops everyday in Michigan (US) and i know now that there "on demand" means wrong today and maybe right tomarrow. Get what you payed for, but don't sweat it otherwise. i have on demand only because it is required for web access. and i find it to be a complete waste of time.
if i want weather, i just goto weather.com
