Cingular 8525 RF Interference

Does anyone else have a significant issue with the amount of RF Interference the Cingular 8525 (or 8125) Hermes device is emitting? Most of my phones were noticed previously if it was close to a speaker (~ 1 foot?) but this phone is crazy:

- It interferes with my Yr 2002 Analog TV Set from 10 feet away
- It can be heard in my PC Speakers from 1 room below downstairs, even if the speakers are powered but off
- Forget about keeping it in the same room as those speakers
- Radio needs to be turned off if I am going to be near any sort of wireless mic or other recording systems

I expected a certain amount of RF but this is out of control! To a certain extent this might be caused by bad shielding of the speakers but I haven't had this problem with other phones.

Just interested in seeing if this is normal for this device or if mine is a Hermes Gone Wild.

Wirelessly posted (HTC TyTN Pro: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 6.12))

Fwiw, when it is not 3G, my tytn makes very little gsm noise, and I have stereo equipment and speakers all over my house. In fact, it makes less noise that any other phone I have owned.

I have seen other reports of this. Most annoyingly for some when phone interferes with in car speakers that may be used as a wireless handsfree. This may be a general problem and may be dependent on whether phone is on 3G or not. However not everyone seems to have the problem.
