TREO 680 Questions!

I currently own a Blackjack, however my law office is switching over to a program that only syncs with palm oS devices. I am thinking of purchasing the Treo 680 and have done some research on it but would like some information from people out there that can help me decide if I should switch or not. If I don't switch I will have to manually enter all my appointments and to-do's (A lot of them as my schedule is ever changing) manually into outlook so they show up on my blackjack. Pleas help!

I have both. I carry the 680 due to dropped call issues with the Blackjack.

What software might that be? I'm not aware of a wireless syncing app that only works with Palm OS devices.
