No camera lag phone?

My SE W800 has a delay from when I push the shutter button to when it takes the photo. If I move, the picture will be blurry. I was looking to get a new phone (Samsung D900) but I hear it has the same lag.
So I was wondering if there is a phone out there that has a good camera with no lag?

Most, if not all decent quality autofocus camera phones will have some type of lag. The blurry picture isn't from the lag however, at least not directly. Blurry photos are a result from the slower shutter speed of cell phone cameras compared to point and shoot cameras (although the lag gives more opportunity for the subject to move)
