Sheez!!!

I expected this to be easy. All I want to do it transfer my contacts from my old Nextel i88 to my new Verizon KRZR K1. A full day later I have only managed to read the data into an .mdb file using a special serial cable with Motorola Phonebook Manager. Now what? I have not been able to figure out how to get the resulting contact data file imported into Outlook or any other format that is compatible with the KRZR. I've tried MS ActiveSync and Motorola Phone Tools, but neither recognizes the i88 through a serial cable. Iden Companion Pro connects and reads the contacts, but what can you do with a .COP file? Can it really be this difficult? Can anybody steer me in the right direction?

I'm sorry if I'm asking a question that has already been answered and I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. I'm new here and I'm just looking for a little guidance. I've all but given up on getting my contacts from the i88. At this point I'd be thrilled just to get my address book imported into the K1m from Outlook. Is there anybody here that knows how to do that? Everything I've tried has failed.
