Looking for a SPEAKERPHONE with some "punch"!

Most of the phones I've had that had a speakerphone built-in... well, they sounded kinda "tinny" and lacked any kind of punch.
Can someone reccomend a phone that has a really good SPEAKERPHONE feature?
Also... would NEXTEL phones be good for this purpose because when I have heard people using them, they were very loud and clear.
