Hello Everyone,

I just purchased a Z710i and when I open up MyPhoneExplorer, the phone will not connect. I have already installed PC Suite, DRM Packager, Disc to Phone, and of course MyPhoneExplorer. I tried both COM ports and both of them say "Phone could not be identified". I rebooted everything, took the battery out, and nothing. Lemme know if you guys know how to help.

I am trying to use MyPhoneExplorer to transfer mp3 ringtones to the phone.
