I searched the forums, but did not find any information on displaying my Dash screen on my laptop. Anyone know how to do this?

Yup. Pocket Controller Professional allows you to view and operate your smartphone through your computer. You can download a skin of the HTC and have full control through your keyboard and mouse. I've been using it for years with various PDA's and it works flawlessly. Not cheap, though.... $34.95 USD. Go here .
