HELP! 8525 trouble recieving mms

Hi.
Im having trouble with my 8525 recieving pictures via mms.
i have called cingular many times and do not want to do a hard reset..
my internet connects via medianet instead of myisp
and mms configs connects via medianet.
any suggestions?
