Hi,

Lately my phone has been acting weird...
Sometimes it suddenly turns itself off and on.. I will have to use # + power trick to full reset it, to be able to use it again...

After some time... today...
It doesn't want to turn on again... I remember i flashed it and it went on, so i entered my simcard key... and it turned off again... today it was like this all the time.. (I had it a few times before)... But now it doesn't want to turn on anymore...

- power button doesn't work
- 8 + power doesn't work
- # + power doesn't work

Is there a place i can send it to repair? I live in 'The Netherlands', a country close to the UK... I've heard of someone who repairs phones in this forum...

Mm...

Some info about phone...

- Bought in HK, december 2006 - january 2007... 1 week around newyear..
- Hybrid Version

My phone just turned on... by itself after 1 hour? it's back to it's on-off cyclus

hmmm... That's weird... it's even in simplified chinese "loading"... (hybrid firmware)

Hmm... But even so...

Can anyone recommend me someone, or something I could do?

well i need help on this subject too, i purchased the phone in bout november-december of 2005 and worked fine for bout a year and until december of 2006 it stopped working. i had the hong kong firmware and flashed it to the euro firmware. all of sudden one day it would not turn on and has not turned on since december. Can anybody help me, do i have to reflash or what can i do?

btw, it's a 903 (i'm sure you guys knew that).

Yeah many people with sharp 903s always seem to break down after a while is it the firmware that stuffs up or is it to put the blame on sharps hardware in the phone because ive been getting some wierd resets latley aswell on my hk1.05x 903sh after having the phone for a year n half noe wat firmware is the safest out because at this stage it looks like its a harware problem i think, cause all firmwares have been stuffing up i have seen many threads out there with lots of people complaining about there 903s always restarting and not turning on and doing wierd things etc........???

i've been using the euro firmware, my phone is abt 1yr 4 months old, no issues. its the euro 1.046 if anyone cares...stable good firmware

where can i get that firmware?

Ye same thing has been happening to me, I had mine in Dec 2005. Now it switches itself off and the boots up by itself, sometimes I can't recieved or make any calls. I think the software is messing up.

Yeah i use to have that firmware and my sharp just eneded up not turning on one day hmmm really strange so i switched to HK. which is good so far for about 1 year n half, but just one restart i had with the phone the other day but its still working alright,!
