Just installed the drivers for my razr. My PC is charging it, but, when I go to My Computer, I do not see it...how do I transfer photos, etc.??

You won't be able to "see" the phone in My Computer since it doesn't connect as a removable drive. You need one of several programs that can connect to the phone.

If you can get a copy of Motorola Phone Tools and a USB cable (available fairly cheap on eBay), it's probably the easiest way to do what you want. There are free programs like P2K Commander, P2KMan, P2K Tools, Motorola Explorer, etc. that will let you do the job (they also require a USB cable, but any USB-to-USB-mini cable will work), but it's less intuitive using those programs; for example, you need to know which directory and folder in the phone to put pictures, and if you upload ringtones using these programs, there are two databases you'll have to delete in the phone.
