I keep getting this error and and I can't get it to go away.

Program closed

Program: WatcherStarterMainThread
Reason Code: BBMU
Reason Number: 10

It keeps popping up and won't stop. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it.

does this error happen when you try and access the internet? if so, do you access a secure connection? if so.. you can try changing your wep to a 128 bit. What you are describing sounds similar to the issue I had.. but I don't remember the error codes.. but I do know that it happened when I accessed a wifi connection..hope this helps..

The other alternative is to format the device. With the 9500 you can back up your data right on the device with a mmc card and then do the format.. and load everything back again.. but it can be a strain ..

here is the link for the format procedures:

what you do is remove the battery and wait about 10 seconds (don't really know if this is necessary), then insert the battery. As soon as you insert the battery press the 'ctrl' 'shift' (this is the key on top of the ctrl key looks like an arrow) and 'f' key together until the format screen appears. (hold the buttons down until you see the format screen) It will wipe all your data and restore the software to the original condition.

-also, some of the instructions pertaining to formatting indicate to wait until the screen 'showing the hands' appears before you press the ctrl shift and f key. this didn't work for me... it is best to press those keys as soon as you insert the battery.

right try the key combination right after you insert the battery.
