8125 Stuck on boot screen, please help!!!

I did a search and looked through all the threads, the phone was working fine before, it had a 2.41 or somethin SPL and IPL from Cingular. I tried to flash it with Button's ROM, it went fine, but the phone would just be stuck in the boot screen with the beer mug. Then I tried to flash the original ROM, it completed 100% fine, but again, it would get stuck in the Cingular boot screen. I can't seem to fix this problem, can anyone please help?

I tried to install the Wiard Love ROM but it just doesn't work, no matter what, I get an error before it even starts to flash, always 264 or 300, or an error that doesn't even have a number

Oh and I tried HardReset and the it just fails....the screen said "Reset Failed" or something along those lines....

This is the error I get, either this, or 264 Connection error when I try to flash the Love ROM.
