Trouble with LG VX8100 stuff

I need some help figuring out exactly what I did wrong...

So I have very many times successfully gotten both ringtones and music onto my LG VX8100 phone using a data cable and bitpim, however the last time I did it I must have screwed something up because I can't transfer anything anymore. Last time I attempted to get more ringers did the same thing I usually do, I think...by following these steps:

To add a ringtone to the lg-vx8100 through bitpim, after connecting the phone and starting bitpim click on the "Filesystem" tab. Once in the file system follow the steps below.

Step 1: Expand the "dload" tree, right click on "my_ringtone.dat" and click "delete" to delete it <--This refreshes when you restart your phone.

Step 2: Expand the "brew" tree

Step 3: Expand the "16452" tree

Step 4: Expand the "lk" tree (first one below the "16452")

Step 5: Right click on "mr" and select new file. Add the files you want as ringtones one at a time.

*Once finished, restart your phone and the ringtones will now appear in with your ringtones ready for use.
NOTE: The current Bitpim version, Version 0.7.34, does not have a setting for the 8100 yet, so just use the LG-VX8000 setting.

This has always been great and worked fine until the last time I tried to do it, and now my "my_ringtone.dat" file thing isn't refreshing when I restart my phone, so I'm not sure if I did something really wrong and completely removed it or something??

Now whenever I try to transfer anything onto my phone I get the following Exception error message:
