how to stop bulk mail

I have the ut6700 through Alltel. I have searched the forums but didn't find anything that applied. I'm trying to find a way to stop the hundreds of [bulk] mails I get a day. Is there a setting for setting up a rule that I'm missing somewhere. I'm getting my mail through outlook with the standard program that came with the phone. Thanks and sorry if this was dicussed somewhere else (send me a link and I'll read it)
