No Connectivity - 8525

I've had my 8525 for about four months. Got it off ebay and it's worked great, but the morning, I couldn't get online with it. Still makes phone calls, but no gsm or UMTS. Can't get my e-mail or even look at google. Next to the wireless signal where there is usually a g or a U there are two arrows with an X under them. Any clue what's going on? I used a lot of data over the weekend, and I'm kinda afraid they figured out that I'm using media net unlimited plan for my 8525.

Couple of things to do. First of all, make sure your network settings are correct and that you are attempting to connect to the correct network. Then try a soft reset, put your stylus in the hole on the bottom of the phone, while it is powered on. If this does not work, power off and leave the battery out for a minute or two and then try. Perhaps try to go to a different location. Could be a tower problem, and finally check with cingular support. There could be an outage in your area.
