Rizr Help!!!!

Just bought a new Rizr z3 and proceeded to update on the motorola web page as the clock was doing its' own thing. Couldn't get the one on this forum to work and the motorola page appeared easier.
Now I can't personalize some parts of the screen AT ALL and the clock is still not fixed.
How do i undo an update????
How do I get to personalize the home screen? and designate keys ....please someone help....anything??????
I am lost!!! Bought the phone in the U.S. and reside in the Caribbean.
