Problem flashing phone - V3i - Won't turn on..

So, orignally my ear piece wouldn't work... so I thought if I flash my phone it will once again work... but the flash failied... then the battery ran dead...

It bricked, so I did the *# thingy, flashed again with the v3i + iTunes monster pack... Now, it goes to turn on, the motorola icon comes up like it should be turning on... then it just goes off... I have tried to flash again but same problem...

Any ideas?
