It appears to have no brand name other than the "Digital Life" thing it says under the screen. My best guess is a new brand emerging adopting a gsm technology or could be another noname.

looks like an i-mate SPL, but i doubt it is. $20 says thats some cheap knockoff brand phone.

It looks similar to the China made Haier HG-V60. I doubt it's also made by them.
