Raising speaker volume on 6102i

I just got my nokia 6102i and i like it other that the speaker volume in the earpiece when turned up isnt loud at all. on my razr i could raise the gain with a program. does anyone know if this is possible? and if so can you tell me what i need to do this.

id love to know how to do this aswell, except on my 6288. id rather carry around a 2gb stick on my 6288 rather than a bulky 3g ipod... except the volume isnt high enough on my 6288
