v6 Maxx language packs?

I got my Maxx a few days ago, and [Mod Edit: Comment not necessary]. It's just a damn fine phone. But, it turns out it's an Asian model, and they replaced some of the European languages I prefer with Chinese languages which I'll never, ever, ever be able to use or understand.

I'm not sure if installing a language pack (I'd love to find 0003 for the Maxx) always means flashing or flexing the phone. My firmware version is R26117LD-AS_U_98.30.72AR. That's relatively new, from what I can tell; anything newer that I've found is branded. If anyone has any links to a firmware at least as new as mine (found out that you can't roll back the firmware on v6s) that has the 0003 pack (or something similar) embedded, I'd be much obliged.
