Weird text message after WM6 upgrade on HTC s620/Dash

I keep getting the following text message every time I restart my phone.
453 Error Invalid Number. Please resend using a valid 10 digit mobile number...
This is on unlocked T-mobile dash with wm6 running on it. Please help me get rid of it.
