Help International BIS Activation

Hello
I wonder if anyone could help me. I have a unlocked blackberry with cingular and i want to activate it with VODAFONE on a bis or bes server. I have tried to go into the vodafone web site to see if it would take the activation but the pin and the imei cant be entered how would i activate it ????????

Did you purchase the BB from someone else? If so, you need to contact that person to have them delete their BIS account to release the IMEI and PIN so you can use it.
