Help gettin PC pics on Fusic "invalid file"

I have managed to get my USB connection working and the files on my SD card,
Ive also loaded the card directly into the PC and transfered files that way too...

The pics get on the card fine.
But when I go tools/memorycard/"pic__" the pictures will not open and show

"Invalid File"

Ive tried Jpg files, Bmp files, small size (42Kb), same diminisions as the camera takes (960x1280)....

NOTHING seems to work!

If I take a pic with the cameraphone and move it to the PC and back, it works file....

But pics not taken with the camera are NOT working.

Please help!

Hmm, no I havent. I tried bmp and jpg...

damnit... nope. doesnt work as GIF either.

I think somthing is wronge with the actual FILES for some reason.

Jpegs work fine as long as they were taken with the phone.

Even the gif looks like it would work except the gif pictire has a little red "x" on it.

Then you open the file and it says "invalid file".

Do a disk check on the memory card. Maybe its defective?

Thanks for all the help

The memory card is working okay though.

I had some pictures on my pc that i had tranfered FROM the phone.

I tried to put those BACK to the phone the same way the other pics fail.

The ones taken with the phone transfer fine. So the card is working, it s just somthing wronge with the format of my PC pics.

I thought it was a size thing so i made them the same size as the phones pics.. still error.

I actually dont know what 611 is.. guessing tech support? I have tried with sprint (*2) but its usesless.. just a bunch of teenagers with a PC giving them teleprompted responces.

It drives me NUTS.

Oh well, Thanks again for all the help.

If I figure it out I will post back.. please let me know if you have any more ideas too.

Did you ever get the "invalid file" issue figured out. I am having the same issue with viewing pictures on my LG Fusic and was hoping you might have the answer by now.

Well, its been a while... I kind of forgot about most of this but I THINK I remember finding out that I got a few to work by changing the extensions from .JPG to .jpeg or vice versa....

I ended up giving up on most of it though. It was such a headache I just gave up.. I will try to do this again in the next few days and let you know if I
can do it.

I DO remember somthing about changing the extension, I just cant remember exactly what I did.
Sorry I cn give you any better advice.

put them into the same folder as the pics your phone takes, the DCIM folder, i gotta fusic too and thats how i do it. or you could always google 'mobile phone uploader' and send them to your phone that way
