6700 stopped vibrating

Before I take this to the Sprint store, I thought I'd ask here.
My phone was starting to crash a bit, so I did a factory reset this morning. So far, I've only reinstalled SPB, TomTom, Skype, ProfitMail, and Photo Contacts Pro 5.
Things seem to be working (and much better and faster), but nothing vibrates. I have things set to vibrate when I get a call, SMS, voice mail, and alarm reminder. The sounds are going off and the messages are on the screen, but no vibration.
What can I do to try fixing this? Thanks.
