reading the hex using notepad or winhex is really tuff when i did find the nvm 002 33284 the spc states 000001 but didnot work

0x0000001 to 173......memory reading is what i did using unicdma098

is there a more detail way to read the spc
what offset number
what exact memory number e.t.c

scp 3100 ##000001#.................fail nothing happens

can u help with anythibg new
