Activesync and syncing Pictures/Video to the PC from the phone question

I just can't figure it out and hoping somebody here can lead a hand. I had a Nokia 6682 and syncing the pictures from the phone to the pc was a breeze, but with the new phone can't get it to work. I have a Samsung Blackjack that stores all pictures/videos I take on the storage card. I want to sync all my pictures/videos FROM the Blackjack TO the PC. I have active sync working like a champ with syncing my contacts, calendar, tasks, but when it comes to media I give up. I enable Media syncing on Tools>Options and the presented with having to configure the syncing within Windows Media Player. I don't know if I just am not creating the right sync partnership or what in WMP or what. I am able to sync FROM the PC to the Blackjack but that is not what I want.

Anybody else have similar problems and or comments on how to sync to the PC?

AS has problems with large files and/or large file transfers.

Get a good card reader/writer.
