Which theme/homescreen is this

So I've been thinking about getting a Blackjack or the non Cingular version of it and I was on Samsung's website and pulled up the i600...now I think the i607 is the Blackjack but saw this homescreen and thought it looked nice. Is this a factory installed on the Blackjacks?

That homescreen is only for the i600 for now. People at the XDA-Developers forum are trying to convert it but its been taking a long time. I am also eagerly awaiting once its released.

And the i600 from what I was reading is the same as the Blackjack except it doesn't have the 850 band and it has wifi instead of the Blackjack that doesn't. Am I right?
