8525 missed call issues with the new AT&T ROM

Hey guys, just upgraded to the AT&T ROM from the htc site...everytime I get a call, the missed call hours are off by at least 12 hours! The clock is right on time on my phone, so is this a bug that they haven't even checked out before releasing it? I resetted my phone but the same thing happens.
