Hopefully I'm not SOL. |

I called the stores to see if I could take advantage of the rebates offered in store, but I am not near the end of my contract. Thank the stars for Premier! |

For $50 it seems like a great price, and I think it would be cool to play with the Blackjack for a few months since my Treo 650 is in pretty bad shape these days. Thanks!

It depends on your company's agreement with a t & t. What applies to one premire customer does not always apply to another. I can upgrade anytime and as frequently as I'd like and I still get the discounted prices. I've gotten about 12 phones through premier over the past year. |

Since these phones use interchangeable SIM cards, can I buy the BJ as an "upgrade" for one of my other phones on my family plan and then just put my SIM in it? I have a 4 line family plan, and two of the lines are out of contract, while two just signed up in January. The website shows that the 2 out of contract lines are eligible for discounted upgrades now, while the other 2 will be eligible in July 08. As much as I'd like to play with the BJ for a while, I don't want it at the expense of paying $200 extra on the 4550. |

I sent an email to Stan Sigman of CINGULAR and one of his assistants called me back right away. She said that they were unaware of that problem and would fix it right away....We will see.......There is also NO mention of the 2 year commitment on the Premier site,a fact that I brought to CINGULARS attention and in return they took me off the 2 year contract
