I have BitPim, QPST, and LGDownload. I'm looking for change my voicemail speed dial to *86P[PIN]# so I don't have to enter my pin. I had it this way on my Moto V710, but this phone won't allow me to edit the voicemail number or reassign the speed dial number.

I've tinkered with all the above programs and haven't been able to find any options for this change. Any ideas?

You might want to check the VZW LG sub-forum for information about this. I'm fairly certain there's a pretty quick way to do this from the message settings available in the provided menus on the phone.

i'm in 'duhhhh' mode, could you possibly be more detailed as to the sub-forum or method.....??? i'm also looking for a hint to use the '0' key for a speed dial....

It's already set to the 1 key as the speed dial (and I don't believe 0 could be used at all as a speed dial). You want to go to the Messages section and then access the Settings menu there where you should be able to change the Voicemail number (and add pauses, your password, etc.).
