Missing Contacts in Pocket Messenger

Hi everyone,
My MSN contact list is incomplete when I log on using Pocket Messenger.
I see that some of my contacts are online, and some are obviously offline, but there are contacts that simply do not show up on my Pocket Messenger contact list.
What's odd is that they can see ME, and can send me an instant message. Once they have commenced a conversation with me, I can easily communicate with them. However, their names remain hidden on my contact list.
This is driving me bananas. Any help would be appreciated!

S621 (Roger's issue of Dash/S620)
Running WM5
Occurs when running on both WiFi and via internet-over-Bluetooth
