The times that I have seen this question answered before, the op was told to just download it from symbian themes or somewhere like that. I haven't seen any software that will allow you to extract themes (or anything else for that matter), but then again, I am a realitive S60 newb.

u can use s60 theme studio to access the themes on the n73. transfer it to your pc, then connect your n95 and transfer it. but i don't think n73 themes will work on the n95 because of the screen dimensions. so the best you can do is download them from online.

The screen dimensions doesn't matter... N73 & N95 are both QVGA devices (240x320), it doesn't matter if the N95 display is a bit bigger physically, the themes should look the same on both devices.
