Strange message while try to sync to Outlook

I have WM6 Beta on my phone and I'm trying to sync my contacts over to my computer for the first time, but when I try to sync, ActiveSync gives me the message "Cannot syncronize with the Outlook profile you are using, because a different profile was originally set up or the profile is password-protected. Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile."

What does this mean? I'm not very familiar with Outlook so maybe its just something obvious I'm missing.

Are you running active sync 4.5?

Go into AS on both your PC and device and delete each from each other (PC from Phone and Phone from PC).
This way when you connect that will assume that they are "seeing" each other for the first time.

Make sure that you reboot after any deletion/addition.
