Filled out application/test online; how long to wait for response?

I filled out an online application to work in a corporate store, as I assumed it was the same as what you would fill out by visiting the actual store. You even attach your resume at the end before submitting to "HR".

Here's my question-this was completed last week, and I did get a response saying it was received. How long until a recruiter possibly contacts me? The postings on HotJobs have been listed for at least 3 weeks, and in many locations near me, they keep relisting. I'm wondering if I'm overqualified, as I have many years of sales experience.

I'm excited at the prospect of selling for at&t, as they seem to get most of the cool new devices first. It appears that a rep doesn't make commission on the device itself, but rather on line(s) of service, upgrades, accessories, etc. This is fine because exciting product is and will continue to drive traffic to the stores.

In my area they always have job posting advertised(they may just be nationwide ads), though the store has not hired anyone new for atleast a year, but then again we only have 1 COR store in the whole county...
