Hi, my phone v360 recently stopped working. Actually, I played a little bit with p2k tools and enabled the engineering menu. How does this even help normal users? I enabled the test field option and I couldn't access some menus. had this annoying result: the screen comes with numbers asking me to go to "compass.mot.com/go/efem" .

I browsed the net and solved the problem. But my main problem now is that my screen shows up black. I can't access any menu since only the network and battery icons display at the top. I tried getting into drive c using motorola explorer but my efforts were in vain.

I'm really confused and I don't know what to do. I would like to know whether I should flash the phone or whether the internal memory is screwed.

Firmware: R4513_G_08.B7.2ER_A
Flex: GSTV360T674UG0A9
IMEI: 359196007357000

My bootloader version doesn't show on the screen.

Thanks
Alf

the engineering menu shouldnt be touched at all.. you can mess up the signal.. but oh well.. in this case.. i would suggest you to restore your backup (in case you did it)..
otherwise.. search for the flash or firmware you had.. or update it with a different MP..

good luck..
