Wireless ActiveSync Question

Hello all,
Brand new here -- I've had a Sprint PPC6700 from my work for a couple of weeks now and have been searching the forums, but cannot seem to find an answer.
Our IT folks have enabled the phone to wireless activesync thru our exchange server. How can I access my mobile device folders that are usually available thru the regular syncing method? I want to be able to move sound files, themes, etc. to the appropriate folders to be able to customize my device.
Your help is greatly appreciated!!
