M1 Extended Battery

Do these even exist anymore? Sprint has taken my order three times now and shortly after they take the order I get a call from telesales telling me there's a problem with the order........"It appears to be on backorder" they say. What?! It "appears" to be? Don't they have better inventory management systems? And, why the hell are they letting me order the thing if they never have any.....not to mention that 2 of the 3 times I've called, it "appeared" that the person on their end didn't know what a Sanyo M1 was in the first place.
Arghh!

They are doing the same thing with me trying to order an extended battery for my Samsung M610 and I wonder sometimes if they even exist. I can see why people are migrating to the other carriers now.
