hey guys! I'm new here and was wondering if yous can help me out? i purchased a pg6200. the phone works great. I have cingular but i cant ask them for help because I guess I'm not supposed to have this phone or something, i dunno... anyway. i cant access the internet or watch video that i download onto the 1gig mini disk thing. anyone have this problem? is it a software upgrade i need or something? oh yeah one more thing, i have a motorola h800 bluetooth. it works with the phone but i cant dial out with it. is that because the phone doesnt have voice dial? thanks in advance.

for the internet you need to get the wap settings for it and mms. You can probably send out the sony ericsson/nokia ota to get the settings to work on your pantech. I did it on mine and it worked before I blocked internet on my account.

i do not use bluetooth so I cannot help there

ok cool. i was able to go to the cingular website and get the info there. i now have internet access. one more thing...when i download video clips on the the mini disk and try to play them it says (not supported) any body have this problem?
