Hi,

I'd appreciate help for the following:

New 8300... Attempted to download a program to backup contacts from the phone to the net... Download appeared to work, but the application is not visible in "Get Going". Appears to be in memory, though, and when I try to re-download, I can't. I'm assuming I have a flawed download and need to do a hard reset BUT I don't know how....

Anyone able to help me here?
