As long as you aren't in NA and your country has 3g, then the phone should suit you well

We've fortunately 3g here in Hungary, maybe it isn't the best on the countryside, but I live here in the cc Budapest, so I think it's going to work. Is the movie player better than in p910i? Does the same games can be played as on the p series or I'll have to find another sites to download games and apps? Themes?

Tossing in my 2 cents;

I have an m600i and I don't find gaming great. I put a nintendo emulator on there and the graphics and fast and smooth (very clear), but it's a pain to control using the keypad. Not very good ergonomics for fast pace games.

As for watching videos I just loaded on the first season of lost. The playback is nice and smooth but the video is only encoded at 320x180 at 30fps and 64kbps. I tried encoding at a higher bitrate and the files wouldn't play.

No input on browsing for my experiences so far.

I personally love the m600i. I usually like getting new phones every couple of months, but I really can't find anything better at the moment. Waiting patiently for the P1 or iphone for now.

I've got several videos on my phone right now that are 320x240 30fps (I think, could be a little less) and I know they're encoded above 64kbps. I'd check it, but the phone doesn't give the bitrate and I don't have a card reader at work.

Could it be the length of the videos that affects it?

Shoot, if I could find a M600 for $200 here in the US I'd go for this too. Nice deal.

i missed out on a few deals locally on the m600 that sold for 220-230 CDN, so yeah around the same price that you are getting your m600 for... good deal, go for it, the phone is nice and compact for a smartphone

i missed out on m600, but i ended up getting a w950 for a good price, so im still happy... =D
