I ordered mine a few days ago which would put it after the WM6 release date. Does anyone know if HTC is shipping new Excalibur's with WM6 pre-installed?

does it really make a difference? Did you order it from Tmobile? According to the Microsoft website, it is suppose to. But it only takes a few minutes to upgrade it. And it is free. To the initiated, this is a breeze. To the uninitiated, they would not know the difference anyway.

I just got mine from Tmobile yesturday and it was WM5... First thing I did out of the box was upgrade...
