LG F9100 Real Basic Question Please

Is there anyway to get into the menu of this phone without having a sim card? I dont have a sim for this phone and cant figure out how to unlock it but i really need to access the menu for a few items. All that shows up when i turn on the phone is an "insert card" graphic. Thanks.
