I've tried searching this forum a dozen times regarding this, but I couldn't really find a definitive answer.

I work in a retail store, and I have no corporate email address. I did a made up email with nordstrom.com to see if I qualify and apparently my company gets a discount.

I called the Cingular business department thinking I would be able to fax over a paystub and give them an employment verification number (just like the Premier website says), but the lady I spoke to gave me a really hard time about the whole thing. I told her I had no corporate email, she said to go to my HR department about it. My HR is clueless and had no idea what I was talking about. Then the rep proceeds to tell me to have my store manager use *his* email address to qualify me for a discount?! Um no, that's not an option since my store has over 200 employees and I don't feel right about doing that.

I finally got her to reveal what my discount was, it's not much at all and I don't know why she gave me such a hard time about all this since the discount is so minimal.

Is there anything else I can do, or am I just SOL?

All you have to do is walk into a Cingular store with your paystub and the rep should be able to add the discount...we do it every day.

It depends man I try to get the Fan's for certain things and I can't find them no matter how hard I try

Yeah, ECPV is tricky. You have to input the least amount of characters and follow with a * to make sure you get the most results. But as long as you can find the FAN, adding it is no problemo.
