Good day to you all,

Forgive me if this thread is out of place. I am new here.

Product: Samsung A706
Cell service provider: Rogers

I seem to be a bit lost when I try to set up the email on my new phone.

I use Rogers SMTP settings for my outgoing settings and my ISP POP settings for incoming.

When I try to download my new mail, the phone gives me an error of "Maildrop already in use".

I have tried to google this error message but there doesn't appear to be much information on it.

I have tried to shut down outlook, changed the send/receive options to not check every time, and powercycled my phone and computer.
None of the above seem to be working.

Have I missed a step along the way?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
