It is quad band 850/900/1800/1900 mhz phone that may be used world wide and it is also completely unbranded (I paid $45 to have the service done and will provide you with the software I used and the key that was generated by the company) so you can flash ANY ROM you like! I can show you how to do this if you decide to buy.

I have pre-loaded it with Windows Mobile 6, the latest OS for pocket phones

Only used it for about one month, so no scratches or marks. Perfect condition with a screen protector on it from day one.
