Question: V3xx for dummies

Hi!
I have searched the forums for iformation on how to install midlets on the V3xx and how to mod it to remove the java network access nag. But the information is confusing and overwhelming.
On my old V3 I did all with Phone Tools and P2k Tools.
How can I do the same on the V3xx? I have MPT working, but seems like P2K tools does not works on this phone.
